The Adobe Technology Partner Program has launched an updated Program Agreement on March 19, 2024.
What are the updates to the Program Agreement?
Outlined below is a summary of the key changes. We strongly advise that you thoroughly review each change:
- Phasing out former Silver and Gold level Sales Order
- Updated general formatting of Terms of Use
- Clarified and added terms specific to payment and purchasable credits
- Updated terms specific to program and partner portal
- Updated terms specific to term and termination
- Updated terms specific to developer tools and non-production products and services
- Added terms specific to Adobe Experience Platform Data Service Providers
I am a Community member and want to become a Silver or Gold level partner, does the new version of the agreement apply to me?
Since you are already part of the Technology Partner Program as a Community member, a prompt will appear when you log into the Technology Partner Portal, asking you to accept the latest Program Agreement.
To upgrade to the Silver or Gold partner level, you can directly proceed through the Benefits Center. Simply add your desired membership level to your cart, proceed to checkout, and you’ll encounter a checkbox prompting you to acknowledge the 2024 Program Agreement.
What does the updated Program Agreement mean for current Silver level partners?
We have streamlined the signing process for Gold and Silver level partners.

What does the updated Program Agreement mean for current Gold level partners?
We have streamlined the signing process for partners by merging the former Primary Agreement click-through with the previous Silver/Gold level Sales Order.
As you’re already a Gold level partner, the Sales Order you signed upon joining the Gold level program remains active and will renew automatically. After March 19th, a prompt will show when you log into the Technology Partner Portal requiring you to accept the latest terms (the 2024 Program Agreement). Accepting the latest terms won’t alter the start/end dates or other details of your Gold level membership.
With the rollout of the Benefits Center on March 19, 2024, you are welcome to purchase any additional one-time a la carte benefits now or following renewal. At the time of checkout in the Benefits Center, you will be prompted to acknowledge the 2024 Program Agreement by clicking the checkbox.
