Overview
Our Adobe Technology Partner Program Silver, Gold and Platinum tier partners are eligible to gain access to an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) sandbox environment. The sandbox environment is enabled with all of the same features and services that a regular production environment has. We can also add Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) to the sandbox if your use case requires it.
As with all other Experience Cloud sandbox environments, the AEP sandbox is not to be used with production data or implemented on production sites.
Note: you will be able to see users from other companies in the Users section of the Admin Console. This is a shared account. However, your data and access to your data is restricted to users in your specific user group. It may seem like your sandbox is shared with other companies but you can rest assured that it is only accessible by users within your user group.
How to request access
Once you have confirmed that your company is a current Silver, Gold or Platinum partner then use this form to request access. To submit you will need the following information:
- Your partnership level.
- Admin name and email.
- Use case description: describe at a high level why you are requesting AEP access. Be sure to include any customer references if available.
- If you also need access to AJO let us know, and please be specific in your use case description on why you need access.
- A list of users to be added to the account (name and email).
After the form is submitted it will be reviewed by an internal team. If your request is approved you will receive an email letting you know that you now have administrator rights on the Technology Partner Program Sandbox Organization within the Experience Cloud.
How to access the sandbox
Navigate to platform.adobe.com and log in with your Adobe ID (the Adobe ID email will need to be the same one that you used in the request form or that the admin of your organization used to add you as a user).
If you already have an Experience Cloud organization assigned to your company you will need to use the org switcher at the top right of the screen to select Exchange Partner Sandbox Bravo (or Charlie).
Notice that your sandbox is listed at the top left of the screen.
That's it! You now have access to AEP.
