To upgrade to Silver, or renew your membership, follow the steps below and make payment. The payment must be made within two weeks of starting the upgrading process. The system will expire any unsigned contracts after two weeks and will expire the payment links that are activated when the Silver contract is generated. You will be asked to go through these steps again if the contract and links expire.
Once you are ready to make payment you will follow the below steps.
How to upgrade to Silver level
- Log into the Technology Partner Portal, go to “Manage account” page
- Start the process by selecting the “Upgrade” button
- You will receive a confirmation screen letting you know that we are processing your agreement, and it takes a few minutes to generate the agreement. You will also receive an email from Adobe Sign asking you to sign the agreement with the subject Approval requested on "C2A-Adobe Technology Partner Program Silver Agreement”
- You can either follow the prompt from your email confirmation or refresh screen. You will see the option to "Sign agreement”.
- After signature, continue to “Make payment”. The payment portal will be available to accept payment right away.
- You will have to complete payment to finalize the upgrade process.
How to renew at Silver level
- Log into the Technology Partner Portal, go to “Manage account” page
- The option to renew will only be available 1 month before your RENEW BY date listed in the portal. Select “renew” to start process.
- Select “Complete payment” and make payment directly in portal. Please stay on the page and it will bring you to the payment portal.
- You will have to complete payment to finalize renewal to stay at Silver level.
