The following is the process for Gold partners who would like to change their partnership level, please review this benefits page.
Important: the Gold contract is on auto-renewal terms so you will first need to opt out of the auto-renewal via your Benefits Dashboard at least 30 days before contract end date.
Upgrading from Gold to Platinum level:
If you would like to upgrade to the Platinum partnership tier, please submit a support ticket and we will pass your request to the partnership team who will reach out to discuss the details of Platinum partnership and begin the evaluation discussions.
Downgrading from Gold to Silver level:
If you wish to move to the Silver partnership level, simply navigate to your Benefits Center dashboard, click into your Gold membership subscription, and check the "cancel auto-renewal" box. Hit save, and you’ll then be brought to the Silver membership option in the Benefits Center. Add that to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll then be moved to the Silver membership level after the existing Gold contract end date. (Note that you will lose the benefits described here if you move to the Silver partner level.)
Downgrading from Gold to Community Member level:
If you wish to downgrade to the free Community partnership level, simply navigate to your Benefits Center dashboard, click into the Gold membership subscription, and check the "cancel auto-renewal" box. You’ll then be moved to the Community Member level after the existing Gold contract end date. (Note that you will lose the benefits described here if you move to the Community member level.)
