The following is the process for Gold partners who would like to change their partnership level, please review this benefits page.
Important: the Gold contract is on auto-renewal terms so you will first need to opt out of the auto-renewal by contacting partner support and stating that you won't be renewing the Gold contract at least 30 days before contract end date.
Upgrading from Gold to Platinum level:
If you would like to upgrade to the Platinum partnership tier, you can let us know in that same ticket and we will pass your request to the partnership team who will reach out to you to discuss the details of Platinum partnership and begin the evaluation discussions.
Downgrading from Gold to Silver level:
If instead, you would like to move to the Silver program tier, be sure to submit a support ticket to opt out your contract auto-renewal at least 30 days before contract end date. Once the ticket is submitted and termination is processed, wait until the existing Gold contract has ended, then go to the partnership console and scroll down to the Partnership Info section. Click on “Complete signature” to begin the Silver sign-up process (check out this article for more details about the Silver sign-up process).
Downgrading from Gold to Community Member level:
If you wish to downgrade to the free Community Member partnership level, then you can simply submit the ticket to turn off your contract auto-renew and wait for your contract to expire and you’ll be moved to the Community Member level after the existing Gold end date. (Note that you will lose the benefits described here if you move to the Community Member level.)
